A Word on DIY Fitting & Building Regs
Because our composite doors arrive pre-hung in their frame, they're one of the most DIY-friendly products we sell — a careful swap for a competent DIYer: out with the old frame, fix and pack the new set level and plumb, seal, done. Replacement external doors must comply with UK building regulations: with a supply-only purchase you'll need Building Control sign-off or a registered installer.

No — Tradesupply Windows is supply only. Doors arrive pre-hung in their frame ready for you or your installer to fit. For supply and installation, our sister company Homestyle Windows UK is in the same building at Martlesham, or we can recommend trusted local installers.

Yes — every door is supplied as a complete pre-hung set: slab, outer frame, hardware, glazing and cill options, made to your sizes. That's what makes fitting so straightforward.
How secure are they?
The 44mm DoorCo slab is paired with multi-point locking as standard, and high-security cylinders are available. A substantial step up from an old timber or uPVC panel door.
Can I choose colours and glass?

Do replacement doors need building regs approval?
